purpose & inner passion

Finding your north star

This 6 week program aligns multiple elements of a purpose driven life with various evidence based concepts to evoke true personal life meaning. This program focuses on work life self development.

Introduction to Mindfulness

The foundations of mindfulness and skillsets needed to enhance cognitive focus to engage in a purpose driven life.

Values

Identify your core values. Values are like a compass–they help us make choices based on the directions in which we want our lives to go. Values are who we want to be and what we want our lives to be about. When we connect with our values, we are able move our lives in meaningful directions, even in the face of difficult or painful experiences.

Growth Mindset

A growth mindset means that you thrive on challenge, and don't see failure as a way to describe yourself but as a springboard for growth and developing your abilities. Your intelligence and talents are all susceptible to growth.

Inner Strengths and Self Compassion

Identify your personal strengths. Mindfulness and character strengths provide a counterbalance to the pervasive tendency to focus on and become impacted by what's wrong or bad. Mindfulness gives a direct and indirect boost to many strengths at once. One strength cannot be expressed without using other strengths.

Finding your Ikigai
