This is a choose your own adventure programming where you can identify which programing or combination of topics would work best for people within your organization.

  • Learn the latest neuroscientific and clinical research underpinning mindfulness 

  • Notice how stress impacts the mind and body 

  • Manage distractions to focus on what matters  

  • Understand their own emotional triggers and physiological reactions 

  • Access clarity and calm in high-stress, high-stakes situations 

  • Listen and communicate more effectively and with more empathy 

  • Apply mindfulness in business interactions and tasks such as emails, conversations, meetings, decisions, and problem solving. 

  • Integrate experiential practices into their daily lives: seated and walking meditations, mindful eating, mindful movement, mindful communication 

  • Create and sustain a daily mind training practice 

Additional emphasis on emotional well-being or cognitive enhancement techniques can be emphasized in any programming upon request.

Program Offerings

  • Introduction to Mindfulness: a 4-6 week program introducing various mindfulness practices and integration into the workplace and/ or family life 

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): combination of mindfulness, body awareness, and exploration of patterns of thinking, feeling and action, 8 weeks

  • Mindful Performance, Awareness & Knowledge: a mental-emotional brain-training program, 8 weeks or 3 day intensive

  • Mindfulness-Based Communication Enhancement: a 4-6 week program combining mindfulness with emotional intelligence in application to relationship building, conflict management and coaching communication

  • Mindful Leadership: a 4 week program introducing a leadership style in which managers learn how to consciously cultivate their ability to be present, open-minded, and compassionate when interacting with their team members – and they show the same care and consideration to themselves

  • Purpose Driven Life: 6 week program combining mindfulness, values, growth mindset, strengths, and self compassion to develop your Ikigai, the key to a long and happy life

  • Mindful Minutes Huddles: 30-minute topics applied to the workplace and/ or family life

  • Lunch & Learns: Experiential 60 minute sessions with practical applications of mindfulness in the workplace

  • Mindfulness Consulting: partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies including concepts of change management to integrate contemplative neuroscience into corporate operations and culture

  • Mindfulness Retreats: partnering with organizations to develop 2 day retreats immersed in mindfulness and team building or cultivating connections
