Understanding and Overcoming Sleeplessness is an interactive, tailorized four-week course designed to help individuals who struggle with insomnia. The course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the causes and effects of insomnia, as well as practical strategies for improving sleep quality.
Heartmath
HeartMath is a research-based biofeedback approach that uses tools and techniques to help people with trauma build resilience and improve their mental and emotional well-being. HeartMath is intended to be used as an additional skill set to support trauma-focused therapies, such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's not meant to replace other therapies or be used alone for trauma processing.
Technology for Memory and Attention
This program focuses on the unique challenges faced by individuals with ADHD, PTSD, and TBI. Our suite of assistive technology services is designed to support and enhance cognitive functions, particularly memory and attention, to empower users in their daily lives.
Mindful Communication Enhancement for Special Forces
This 6 week program aligns multiple elements of emotional intelligence and relationship building. This program involves elements and mindfulness for building or rebuilding strong foundations in family units or workplace interactions. Program was launched as a multisite group for Special Forces. 65% improvement in emotional intelligence and 70% improvement in relationship satisfaction. There was also improvement in public speaking skillsets and ability to use emotional intelligence within a leadership environment.
Optimal Breathing and Snoring
This 4-week workshop provides education on sleep disordered breathing and the optimization of the muscles involved in sleep disordered breathing. This online workshop is taught by the developer of the Sleep Disordered Breathing Exercise Program for Special Operatives (SDB-SOF). This workshop contains the core concepts and practices from the 3-month SDB-SOF full course.

Transition Skills
Transitioning from special forces to civilian employment presents unique challenges, especially for individuals coping with TBI, ADHD, or PTSD. Our “Elite Mind Transition Program” is a specialized course designed to maximize cognition and executive functioning, facilitating a smoother adaptation to civilian work life.Components from Harvard Business School and Google's Search Inside Yourself are incorporated to maximize success from high optempos to daily work.
Flow States and Peak Performance
This 6-8 week program is focused on maximizing the present while working toward goals, developing resilience in the face of emotionally difficult or physically painful experiences, leveraging personal strengths, and shifting from critical to compassionate inner self-talk.
